Dr Aryal is a part of the Arizona Neurological Institute. She is a general Neurologist and has special interest in headache, epilepsy, stroke, movement disorders, demyelinating disease, neuromuscular problems, and dementias. She is very interested in teaching medical students and is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Midwestern University, Phoenix. She has been affiliated with Arrowhead, Boswell, Banner Thunderbird, Banner Estrella, Del Webb, John C Lincoln Deer Valley, and West Valley Hospitals as active staff. She is a member of American Academy of Neurology.

Dr Aryal has trained at Virginia Commonwelth University in Richmond, Virginia, one of the most prestigious Neurology programs in the country. Dr Aryal is from Nepal; she trained in India and the UK before coming to the United States.

Dr Aryal is married to Dr Prashant K Narain, a General Surgeon. They have two girls. Her interests include fishing and travel
