Arizona Neurological Institute, PC added Psychiatry to our company in August of 2009 with the addition of Dr. Paul Boulware.

Dr. Paul Boulware completed his residency training in psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He attended the University of Missouri, School of Medicine, followed by internship in internal medicine at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine imaging at Emory University.

Dr. Boulware’s main areas of clinical focus are depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and neuropsychiatric diseases, including Huntington’s disease, dementia of all types, Parkinson’s disease, conversion disorder, and epilepsy. His practice style focuses on both pharmacology and psychotherapy.
