Dr. N.R. Chandragiri graduated with a medical degree from Karnatak University in India where he won several academic awards. He came to the United States in 1973. He did his neurology residency with Albany Medical Center, Albany, New York, and has an additional two years of residency in internal medicine.

Dr. Chandragiri is board certified in neurology. He has been in practice in the Phoenix area since 1978, mainly in downtown hospitals. He was chief of medicine and chief of staff at Phoenix Memorial Hospital where he was awarded Physician of the Year in 1991.

Dr. Chandragiri has been married for over 31 years to Savita Chandragiri, an architect.
